FARM FOOD: SALAD AND TEA
Its the END OF my CSA (community supported agriculture) week so here is FARM FOOD recipes with the minimal left
leftover so good farm salad serves 2
Small baked yam chopped with no skin (eat separate, very good for you!)
1 ear of corn shortly boiled and cut from cob
1/4 cup cucumber chopped
1/4 cup chopped baked tofu
2 tbs chopped green onion
1 clove chopped garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow zucchini
1 tbs liquid aminos
2.5 tbs of coconut oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 -1 tsp sea salt
2 tbs chopped parsley
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add more oil or salt to taste.Boiled beet sweet tea
BEETS ARE SOOO GOOD FOR YOU AND GREAT BLOOD STRENGTHENER ( F^3)
Boil beets in enough water to fully cover by 1-2 inches, until soft.
Funnel water into large glass jar.
Squeeze in 1-2 limes
Add honey to taste
Drink warm or cool, refrigerate and enjoy later.
Run beets under cold water to remove skin. Enjoy
