Mint Lavender Sun Tea.
Mint Lavender Sun Tea.
It’s summer and the herbs are growing and I’m ready for some Sun Tea.
My three year old excitedly climbed up on a chair and helped me break different varieties of mint and lavender up into a large glass jar.
As we broke up the bushel of herbs from the garden, I said out loud things I prayed for the two of us.
I asked the tea to bring us knowledge of our abundance, joy, love, beauty, clarity.
We added all our love into the herbs, filled the jar with clean H2O and closed it tightly.
Setting it out 4-6 hours in the sun. Coming back to a dark amber tea.
Sweeten your tea with honey, add some ice and enjoy your Sun Tea!
