Got Greens?
Recently I was hanging out with some beautiful people who made protein shakes each morning. They were super yummy, however I lacked something…GREENS!
When I got home I made my self a smoothie, enough for the next day:
Handful of Swiss Chard
A large scoop of frozen blueberries
1/2 bananna
Soy milk and water (4:5 ratio) to cover contents
Blend well
I put the extra in a jar and in the morning I poured over my maple quinoa granola (Kind brand).
Cake and icing too!
Delicious!
