quick and easy kale chips

Using Organic Lacinato Kale aka Dinosaur Kale
Remove Kale from tough center stalks
Tear into pieces as large as playing cards.
Place on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle generously with coarse salt and bake at 350 degrees for about 7 mins
(if you have a dehydrator you can dehydrate at 118 degrees overnight or 6 hours)
Remove and enjoy as soon as they’re cool enough to handle
